The apartment is situated in the city centre in a quiet garden neighbour hood not far from Dlouhý most (bridge over the river Vltava), 10 minutes of walk from beautiful historical centre and close to a citz mass transport stop. Safe, quiet and nice enviroment with restaurants, entertaiment, sports, relaxation and shopping facilities (Kaufland) are available at nearby Husova street. Indoor and outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts, 5 minutes of walk to park Stromovka with pond and restaurant Oaza, campus of University of South Bohemia, the Vltava river with marina - boat trips to Hluboka nad Vltavou.

We also offer laundry washing, drying and ironing, assistance by the landlady and safekeeping of bicycles - the surroundings are suitable for cycling (e.g. cycle way to Hluboka nad Vltavou). Daily connection to the splendid ski area Lipno-Kramolin in winter time.
